Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan emphasized that the step β€œhas no bearing on relations between Armenia and Russia,” saying it’s simply a matter of national security. Earlier this month, he explained: β€œWar crimes are being committed against our country. We need this [ratification]; our country needs it.” Armenia signed the Rome Statute 25 years ago, in 1998, but never ratified it.

Since I'm sure many people don't know: Yerevan is the capital city of Armenia.

It also allows your Apostles to choose any promotion, making it a strong choice if you have a good religion.
