Feels weird to me we're constantly talking about issues with the "two timelines," and now Warriors are trying to hit again in the draft. Why draft another prospect who is inevitably going to ride the bench when your window with Curry is starting to close? Kuminga is at least playable for some minutes, and you can do much worse than him in the draft.

If you are not going to blow it up, then I think it would be a lot better to package Kuminga for another player at least, and then you can try to contend next year. Or just play him more. Despite the rumors, Kuminga has shown some promise at least.

Maybe this is the smoke to get other teams to the table for Kuminga + picks for a starter level player? Otherwise it only makes sense as a step to the next step which it trading the pick they get for guys.

Then again lightyears ahead of whatever.

Steve certainly could have done a lot more to increase his draft stock. He played him so little it's hard to imagine getting a lot from trading him.

Seriously, by high does he mean late teens? Cause I can't see any lotto teams giving up their pick for a disgruntled player GS has done nothing but silently talk shit about.

Yeah.. I feel like maybe the pacers might give two super late firsts for him, but I can't see a lottery team trading that pick for him

Isn't he in the rumor mill for being lazy? Also didn't Dray directly call him out?
