Do image uploads work?
Does the image upgrade fix gifs? Because they just show as a blue ? for me (or is that a bug in Photon?)
First I've heard of that, might be a photon bug. Can you try it on the normal web interface once things are back up?

Photon v1.30.1 fixed most of these image issues
