Honestly, staying in the shade won't save you at 50c. You're probably going to die unless you find a solution like digging a hole to hide in.

Then for those who don’t know, many people go to the “Optional” Hajj unregistered, which means they don’t have an indoor place to stay on or use transportation options and have no direct access to food. There are also the one who are old, the one who take their kids with them, and the one who are sick.
Again the islamic ruling is you do the Hajj “if you can” this include if it is during extreme heat you can just stop or never go in the first place.

Also, again, if lawyers and journalists are so harmless to the GREAT AND POWERFUL ROYAL OVERLORDS™ then nobody would ever need to be butchered. If a large number of people, say hundreds of affected families, in a class action lawsuit all get butchered at once then even Royalty is going to have a very hard time both domestic and abroad.
