Something that happened or was uncovered recently anywhere in the world. It doesn't have to have global implications. Just has to be informative in some way.


Post guidelines

Title formatPost title should mirror the news source title.
URL formatPost URL should be the original link to the article (even if paywalled) and archived copies left in the body. It allows avoiding duplicate posts when cross-posting.

You should also see a physical therapist. They can set you up with some easy daily workouts targeted at your lower back. Just a few minutes a day.

My back hurts less in the past two years because of 3 things:

  1. getting a dog and walking him twice a day.

  2. buying a rucking back pack and carrying a 20lb plate on atleast one of the walks.

  3. actually standing at my standing desk instead of sitting for at least half the day.

I’m 51 and I can say the less I sit, the better I feel.

I started doing yoga regularly, now I have more back pain then ever! (But seriously it probably helps)
