Really hope this turns out to work at scale. Much as AIDS contributed to the rise in conservativism in the past 40 years, maybe a vaccine will do the opposite.

15 years later, when the FDA finally approves it, it will cost $11,000 a dose. And good luck trying to get insurance to cover that.

for treatment dosage price is 42k/year but presumably preventive dose is smaller
