YouTube has more of the audio. Comments there pretty harsh on the dispatcher. She is going through an EMD script for medical response (guarantee it’s for a “fall”) and has to ask specific questions even if they don’t apply. It’s a liability thing for her and her agency, and leaving the script can get her written up.
Might have gone with an aircraft crash response, but that is also going to send a ton of vehicles to… a house with a pilot with an achy back but no airplane.
Where could I find more information about this? Like actual scripts and responses for different scenarios.
I never thought about this before, but of course it's the correct way to manage emergencies.

You'd think an area like North Charleston, which has an active Air Force base right next door, would have planned for an emergency of this type.
