But, are the courts going to take care of that?

Like, honestly. Because it doesn't seem like they really want to.

I'm pretty sure the US Supreme Court will "take care of it," by protecting Trump.

Vote blue, get back control of congress, pass reform of judicial courts with term limits on suprmeme court justices and impeach those obviously corrupt accepting millions on gifts and bribes while never recousing themselves.

Just like all the other times the Blues held a veto proof majority, right? They’ll totally do it this time? Pinky promise?

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_acts_of_the_111th_United_States_Congress#Public_laws

111th Congress was the last time dems had a supermajority(and that only lasted 72 days before procedure resultes in them losing it) and was one of the most prolific congresses since the 89th under Johnson. It was also the last time dems had a true majority in both houses, as manchin and sinema were both dems in name only and really just moderate conservatives

So I'd say given their record when given actual majorities and not faux majorities being held up by filibusters and DINOs, yeah, they'll get something done. As fast as Washington procedure allows them.

They are not. All the more reason to vote!

I'm sure it keeps Aileen Cannon up at night.
