MODERATORS

Connect for Lemmy is my daily driver, but there aren't mod tools built in. For most of my moderation, it's either Alexandrite or REST calls.

Are there any native apps with good mod tools?

I'd also like to know. I always have to use the website itself to do any mod actions since my daily use app, Jerboa, doesn't have squat in that department.

Voyager has the basics, although when you look at the log it shows everything on the instance for some reason. The mod queue works well though.

Thanks! Isn't that a pay-per-month? If not, I'll give it a look!

Not unless I’ve been accidentally pirating something for the past 6 months that I’ve been loyally using it lol

You can't ban people with Voyager.

[–] aeharding@vger.social 2 points 1 year ago (1 children)

There is an option for mods to ban.

Hmm, where? Either I don't see it or it's not showing for admins.

I'll look if I'm on the newest version and make a bug report if necessary.

[–] aeharding@vger.social 4 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Oh you can’t instance ban yet just ban from communities.

[–] bjoern_tantau@swg-empire.de 2 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Do you still want a report?

[–] aeharding@vger.social 3 points 1 year ago

Personally, tesseract is the best for me. It's better on desktop, but works well on mobile, too. You can install it as a PWA. After that it's alexandrite. PWA may or may not work, but you can install any site using the hermit app.
