The other day i made myself some soup. It tasted good, Today however the thought of eating that soup repulsed me and i couldn't stand eating it despite me liking it earlier.

Ahh! I have that happen with leftovers pretty often. I make/order the food, eat about half of it purposely saving the other half to have something nice to eat later without having to cook/pay. Then, when it's time to eat it, I find it repulsive. Interestingly, while typing this I realized that it is somehow similar to taking a shower. I know I need to shower. I know I will feel better when I shower. I know that once I start showering, I'm not going to want to get out from how nice it feels in warm water world. Yet, I can't even look at the shower because it feels repulsive and overwhelming. Like...what the hell is happening??? lol
