So here's the backstory.
I'm a 27 year old guy that's never had a woman show even a remote interest in me, and that all changed today in the worst possible way.
A local store that I frequent has a very cute cashier that I admittedly have had a crush on for a long time and have been giving the ol looks to.
Today I walk in to grab my normal energy drink for the morning and out of nowhere she asks if I'm single and catching me off guard I respong out of panic (probably too loudly and nervously) "I'M GAY"
She looked visibly upset and I didn't know how to tell her how I really felt so I just left with my drink and didn't say anything else.
I don't know if I have another chance but she was cute, I like her, she likes me, but now she thinks I'm gay...
