He BETTER NOT use this Opportunity to try and get Judge Merchan's Daughter killed AGAIN! Otherwise the Judge will HAVE to Delay it again to not show Bias!

I read elsewhere (in the opinion of a trial lawyer) that this may actually be a good sign – that the judge may be considering jail time, which might be strongly challenged in the lead-up to the election, and so delaying it may make that sentence more actionable. That it seems unlikely a monetary sentence would have been delayed.

I hate to have hope at this point, but I do anyhow.
