Unless you eat spices by the bucket, you'll have a hard time reaching a toxic dose

Yes, there are home tests for lead. Cheap and readily available. Check food, check cast iron. And eat cilantro frequently to help one’s body in eliminating lead.

Wasn’t there a recall on cinnamon for lead content just a few months ago?

Yep. I’m going to look into how much home lead tests are. I don’t eat a lot of cinnamon, but I’d still rather test it than not.
