I have issues with depression, general anxiety, and social anxiety. I often feel negative feelings mainly because I feel like I don't have any strong social connections. I'm hurting a lot from this, but it feels like the only places I can talk about this are semi-anonymous Internet spaces and my therapist (whom I only see for an hour a week, at most). I want to talk to some people about this, whether they can just be an ear, or if they're able to be supportive. But I'm really afraid of talking to them about this, because I don't know how they'd react. "What, you don't feel connected and included? I thought we were friends, I'm offended!" Or they could think they have to walk on eggshells around me.

So should I talk to them about this? If so, how and when?

Ever considered going to a support group? Talking about feelings and vulnerabilities adds depth and meaning to relationships, but often it's something you've gotta learn to do well. Support groups can be great for that, even Zoom ones, and you can often make new friends in the process

I'm currently trying. Unfortunately, the support group coordinators are not responding to my calls or emails.
