What's stupid is it's a drought caused by all the water hungry crops we grow here like almonds and alfalfa. For fucks sake, can a state that actually has water take over growing this shit?

Honestly, I'm super confused as to how thirsty crops became the agriculture of California. Like, surely it would have made more sense to send the less-thirsty crops to California and used the mid/northwest for them instead, right? Like, use Montana, Minnesota, Wyoming or Idaho for the thirsty boys and send the 'taters to California.

I imagine there's just a giant pile of letters right at the very center of the North Pole, along with an actual pole, buried under all the letters.
