I think she will have to be kicked out, she will not resign with the scrap of dignity that she has remaining.

Given the events to date, my money is on kicking and screaming.
Same here actually. I doubt she will go quietly.

Slightly related, but in having a bit of a read of wikipedia on this subject, today I learnt about waka hurdling, jumping waka over wooden beams set in the water.
