Vanilla just sucks. They take forever to clear pending transactions. I think they want you to be frustrated and forget about the card.
IIRC there's nothing customer service can do about it, but my experience is 10+ years old, so maybe it's changed.

I contacted amazon help and they said it's stuck in fulfillment so idk if that's on the card or what.
