Maybe that's why he was under investigation for insider trading. Wasn't making enough in his evil day job so he breaks the meager laws that occasionally apply to the wealthy.

It's like getting on the arcade leaderboard but only just barely. America will really need to up it's game if they want to get the high score. Fortunately the allure of entering ASS in the top slot is strong. Just remember that arcade games cost more than a quarter these days.
