The TLDR is that people love a story and entranced by them, however good management and leadership is and probably should be boring.

I'd just like to highlight how unhelpful this type of discussion is.

I mean I felt helpless during the US election but I feel helpless when I hear stories like this as well. What on Earth am I supposed to do in cases like these?

Yeah but like, it's a bit crazy that the right has: Fox News, OAN, NewsMax (or whatever it's called), Joe Rogan Experience (gateway drug/sanewashing), Benny Shaps network, X, Truth Social, Prager U, Tim's Pool, right wing radio, and lots of other smaller shops and they all seem to claim corporate media is the worst and they're all here to tell you the truth.

Why do they have Trump flags? What in the world is going on?

The right is REALLY good at messaging it's insane. The culture wars they start have created a "bogeyman" and it's insane.

I really hate it and how it sticks to the zeitgeist. It just makes me sad.
