This question comes from a shower thought. For example, since Tidal trials are so easy to bin (generating a credit card and using that to enable a trial), then using the account to rip high quality FLACs that end up on torrents. Other examples are more dubious like using real leaked information to purchase subscriptions or pay per view content only for the actual owner of the bank details chargebacking the payment later after ripping it.

People love to say making a copy isn’t illegal. However, what if the original was fraudulently acquired?
