how does one sail the high seas with my kind of ISP

  1. VPNs are banned by contract, they will suspend my account if i use one (also overall restricted on a legal level, can't be used to bypass geoblocking or prevent tracking)
  2. laws require they track everything i do and retain that data for at least 2 years
  3. generally shitty service (our infrastructure is monopolised and outdated)
  4. undisclosed list of sites that'll warrant automatically disconnecting my service
