That sounds yummy but I'd like some carbs gonna suggest something adventurous like white rice with some veggies to soak up the juices afterward and eat it. I'm not a fancy chef tho so don't know it that's exciting or not just figured with how juicy the dish sounds having rice or bread afterward to clean up the plate is what my hungry ass would do

Ingredients of the week: Mushrooms,Cranberries, Brassica, Beetroot, Potatoes, Cabbage, Carrots, Nutritional Yeast, Miso, Buckwheat
Cuisine of the month:
I'm not a fancy chef tho
im just a guy whose boss lets him cosplay as one
if you get paid as one then it counts
Choices: broccolini risotto where i make some risotto with vegetable stock and then chop the grilled broccolini and mix it in, OR
I do the chickpea thing but present it with like rice with a trench in the middle filled with the chickpea tomato spimach slop
I am a fan of risotto but sounds like a lot of work the chickpea one sounds good still
What about batat harra, spicy Lebanese roasted potatoes?
sushi rice with some of those bacos and a non-vinegar hotsauce
What's a baco
mainstream "bacon bits" brand that doesn't actually have meat in it
Mushrooms. I would add mushroom in cream sauce as a side dish:()
lentils with herbs, dill, tarragon, lemon zest, and some mustard
Can't go wrong with a cucumber-tomato-onion salad.
Or tabbouleh!
Couscous or tabbouleh
would you rather have chopped grilled broccolini mixed in with couscous or with risotto
Both are a winner, couscous might be lower effort
Oh what if i do the chickpea thing but throw some wilted spinach in there, kinda like a harissa flavored chana saag sorta thing
Me, after being like "i definitely don't need your advice, but i'll take it": the fuck is a "tsundere"
