I read it, well skimmed it, and I didn't see anything controversial. Fact is, he spoke of the reality of being a student, in a non offensive way, he thanked people, voiced young adult uncertainties about the world, related personal experiences with classmates...I guess he either didn't thank someone who thinks they should've been recognized, or his speech was too close to reality for someone who lives in a different world. This is just kinda crap you deal with in religious schools
