Charlie Brown sticks his tongue out in concentration as he positions his racket to hit the approaching ball.
As the ball swishes by him, he exclaims,"Rats!"
He walks off exasperated. He says,"This is getting me down...let's change the rules, Shermy..."
He looks at Shermy through the tennis-net and concludes,"One point if you hit the ball, two points if you get it over the net!"
