I’ve always wanted to start some sort of organization, like many have done, where i donate certain necessities and money to other countries—especially underdeveloped ones, possibly using tax money?

Depends on where exactly you send the money to.
Is it going to that country's government?
Directly to the people?
How will you send the money to these people if they have no bank accounts?
How much of the sending money are you willing to pay to payment processors?

But so far it sounds like you're a Social Democrat.

Left wing politics is generally associated with attempting to achieve a level of social equality for individuals. Your dream of providing necessities to individuals so they can live with more dignity would align with that in my opinion.

I don’t think it’s possible to extrapolate an entire political belief system from one position, but at least I can say your dream is incompatible with nationalism so you can rule out nationalist ideologies (which are typically right wing afaik)
