Bizarre, that link takes me to a completely different post. Apologies, I can see the post and comment if i type it into a browser.
I was eventually able to reply, but the error has popped up on me numerous times

I remember seeing people have that issue before but I don't remember what app they were on.
Ultra anecdotal, but I once had issues because I was setting the language of a comment. Didn't get an error, it just wouldn't post. Something to look out for.
