That is an absolute embarrassment for our 4th down defense. You just can't let someone run right by because you're so preoccupied with stopping the run. No situational awareness

Seems like all you have to do is spin your back to a defender and try to stop in the way of his momentum, and you draw a free block-in-the-back penalty. Is it really more specific than that?
