I don't know why this isn't the norm. Actually I don't understand what took the healthcare system so long to add an option for self collection, at least in the places where I've lived it's a relatively new method, only a few years old. I've been avoiding it for so long before that, I never understood why it had to be someone else scraping your cervix.

I really wish there were tests available for men too. Last time I asked they said there were none available and it wasn't really a thing for men to be tested.
Personally I'd want to know regardless if I have it.
