Russia is a free country. Unfortunately it's not a country with very safe windows. This has led to a very unfair representation in the west.

Thats why I always use UDP windows.
Just be careful, the window may not have been installed and no one acknowledged that it was missing.
Better skip the windows entirely and use BSD or Linux.

Sounds like it's only affecting TCP and TLS, so VPN over UDP would be a quick fix.
