I'm pretty sure the term he is looking for is Stochastic Terrorism. And tho' the "chief justice" seems to be aware of the potential effects on judges, he seems oblivious that this also affects other human beings. Additionally, as this is quite obviously part of the plan for the GOP and the current executive branch, that it is happening intentionally, on purpose, and successfully. Maybe Justice Roberts needs to think this thru a bit further, especially in light of all the powers SCOTUS has already bestowed on POTUS which make this problem worse, not better. Surely leopards would never eat Robert's face.

He should be worried. Historically speaking judges of his level of infamy don't live long happy lives. The regime uses them and disposes of them if successful and if they fail Roberts is hanged for treason or war crimes at the Hauge.
