EDIT: Looks like EHX made the video private.

Context: This song seems to be about an event where he got beat up by Union picketers (that may have had Mob connections) in '81 but everything about this video is fucking gross. The way it’s edited to make the Union look like antagonists, the use of the word “thugs” (dog whistle much?) in the description, the fucking title…

There’s so many better ways to criticize corrupt unions or write music about an event that affected you personally. Putting this out on EHX’s channel ensures I’m never buying their pedals again.

Yeah I have no idea what the point of this video was. Socialists? This is just cringissimo.

Soul Food is easy enough to replace, will have to look around for the Pitch Fork though. Maybe TC brainwave or EQD rainbow machine.

Yeah it’s very out of nowhere and I can’t think of any recent events that would trigger it except the strikes happening in the US?

Whammy pedal should get you there it’s just very large.
