If you’re ever wondering what sort of person is content to work in amongst NSW Police’s systemic sexual assault…

Mr Moore was ringing to complain about police strip searches, but Keneally later wrote a detailed statement claiming he had made threats to police.

This is the best summary I could come up with:

A court has found the police officer son of former senator and NSW premier Kristina Keneally fabricated evidence with the intent to mislead a judicial tribunal, landing a wrongly accused man behind bars.

In the statement Keneally claimed the caller had named a Goulburn detective during the 12-minute call and said he wanted him "off the planet", saying he was "dead" and "good as gone".

Mr Moore was charged with using a carriage service to menace and threaten to kill and spent three weeks in custody over the phone call.

But police were forced to drop the charges and apologise after he produced a recording of the conversation that proved he had not said any of the things Keneally claimed in his statement.

He pleaded not guilty but today at the Downing Centre Local Court Magistrate Rodney Brender found the charge had been proven.

During his evidence, Keneally told the court he opened Mr Moore's website "I Sue Police" during the call and saw information that "started to make him become stressed and concerned".

The original article contains 433 words, the summary contains 174 words. Saved 60%. I'm a bot and I'm open source!

Because he resented not being given a guernsey on the illustrious website? Well he is the star of that website now.

The fuck was he doing fucking around on the web during an active call in the first place? Plus the fact the dumb shit literally just admitted he used his position to retaliate against someone for personal butthurt.
