So no underground parking?
Just car-brain mentality on full display.
I doubt half of those residents would even have drivers licenses.
They may not, but my wife has a disability she drives, her cousin has autism he drives. So Cars can still be a valid source of transportation for many. The lots here (at our place) are underground parking because then you don't waste space outside, but I think any new build should consider "what if" building use or zoning changes. Plan ahead right.
She can be a part of the half that drives. Should she be homeless if there's no parking spot? Come on dude.
