Here is a review of the Bill & Ted video game when it was re-released on Nintendo Switch.

There is a screenshot of the same dialogue from the game, and it's a different shot, with the Limited Run logo on the side, filling out the widesreen.

I'm going to assume they took screenshots of the game they played for their review. In that case, it's likely real.
