I like making a vegan version of this topping combo, almond cheese, jalepenos, pineapple and occasionally an artificial meat. Pineapple and jalepeno go together really well.
Yeah I was thinking, damn, that would really work. Sweet and spicy is a classic combo.
Have also seen this called the Pepperpineapeño at a regional chain
