Would be willing to bet that:
- Erdogan was informed of these plans by Putin personally and was fine with playing a part in them.
- Finland has documents that explain this.
- Finland has refrained from accusing Turkey of this because they actually value the NATO alliance and don't want to sow discord, even if Erdogan is guilty.
Woah, really? The thing that tons of people were super suspicious of, simply due to the insanely convenient (for Putin) timing, is actually a thing? I’m shocked. Shocked, I say!
