I would like an app to cut out objects and change opacity, but most apps dont seem to have these. And i dont want to pay for adobe. Android recomendations would be nice too.

You can use https://www.photopea.com/

I don't know if they have an app, but it's worked fine in-browser for me.

Its very hard to use on an iphone without a keyboard, but it has lots of usefull tools, thank you

Photoshop Mix was the simplest and best app I ever found for iOS. Sadly, if you didn’t install it before PS removed it from App Store you can no longer download it.

It may be available on Android still. Not sure.

I think the Affinity Photo suite works on the ios mobile platform. It's definitely supposed to work on iPad.

I have been using Affinity Photo 2 on the PC side for almost a year, and it's the Photoshop replacement of my dreams. It should probably be on sale soon, too, if it's not already.
