Any employer that frickin' texts me to set up an interview won't get an interview. I doubt that happens though lol
I’d rather they text me than call me, but you’d think they’d explain who they are when reaching out for the first time.
Yeah, there was one time a recruiter just texted me "Is this xxxx ?". If you're gonna cold call/text, introduce yourself immediately on your first message.
I read it as they originally called, then person replies “who diiiiiis” via text as they didn’t answer the call.
