Easily Westbrook if he produces like he did last year. Not even close. While there are better overall value contracts, dollar-per-pound, he is objectively the best $4M ever spent in the league possibly.

Austin Reaves's deal was a lot cheaper than I expected
Eric Gordon on that 2yr/6M was also a strong bargain. Suns doing well this off season.
Gabe Vincent is the exact guy you want around Lebron if he stays healthy this year and while his defense is subpar, he can be a great 40% 3pt shooter and still has a little bit of on ball talent a well.
Great pickup.
As far as the best bang for the Bucks, probably Brook signing there for 2/48, although Robin could bang a decent amount for them, too.
