Oh, I know. My point was that it's obviously a higher percentage than what is reported.

Absolutely. I was yelled at by the nurse to stop pushing because the doctor wasn't there yet as I was going through transition.

I was also forced to lay on my back the whole time, even though it was in my plan not to, and my useless partner did nothing to help me despite having been coached to help. Surprise, I tore pretty badly.
