I have currently selected no languages in my lemmy account. Does that mean I will shown content of all languages or will it automatically default to some language and only show me that¿?

It means you will only see content in which people have not selected a language tag when they posted

Is this the same as the undetermined option¿? Also I am guessing this does not apply to comments.

No, undetermined does Not suffice to see all posts! You have to select (all is best I guess) relevant languages or miss out.

Thanks. Will keep this in mind when selecting the languages

If you select all languages you see all posts with language selected. If you additionally select undefined you see the posts where there was no language selected.

I don't see an option for all languages. I have selected none of the options and yet I am seemingly able to see all posts. I just was enquiring because I have some comments not load up in the sync app(edit - I can these when using lemmy-ui or others apps like oyager though) and I am trying to ascertain if this a sync issue or an issue of how I have setup lemmy

On a new account all languages are selected by default.

Ohh okay thanks. And if I do select any languages, can I go back to this all languages default by unselecting the selected languages¿?

If you are on PC you usually can just select the first in the list, scroll to the end of the list hold shift and then click on the last item. On other platforms I don't know.
