I'm not sure what your budget and what the possibilities are but maybe if you look at things like foundry or other VTTs maybe there's something there that'll allow you to manage characters without paying for modules left and right. (Though I think Foundry has partnered with Wizards for 5e so you might want to look somewhere else)

Though I understand for gender, I think a lot of those depend a lot on the setting.
So I haven't bought it yet... The only game I think I'll run is Eat the Reich and the bundle is basically the cost of the print version.
Have you played any of the other games in the bundle before?
Yeah I understood as much :) What I meant was that a lot of VTTs have dedicated character builders. I've used Foundry to create and keep backups of character sheets for games that I ran in person.
