Researchers at TAU and the University of Lisbon have developed a nano-vaccine against COVID-19, delivered via nasal spray without requiring cold storage. Preclincial studies show the vaccine was effective against all major SARS-CoV-2 variants.

Hopefully this brightens your day.

Honestly, what are the odds this kid gets a trial at all? Extremely non-zero chance he didnt-kill-himself himself in the next few weeks.

The Levelers

From the guys who want enormous automated killing machines to obliterate whole continents. Twain's "Two Terrors" might as well be tattooed across their faces.

Pre-vaccine COVID was significantly scarier, especially in the early incarnations of the virus when the death rate was at its highest.

We're getting back to flu being the predominant lethal strain of disease... which fucking sucks, because masking and hygiene and distancing had put the biggest dent in flu mortality in my lifetime. But its becoming a poor / vulnerable / elderly disease problem instead of a People Who Matter problem, because there are so many effective (expensive) interventions available to treat it at onset.

According to the police, the guy had an orgy of evidence on him. Ghost gun and silencer, anti-insurance manifesto, false ID matching what was used at the hostel.

If its not him, its one hell of a coincidence. Dude was doing so well and then he simply forgot to stay low an extra few days.

Hard to know without them releasing actual photos of them at this point.

I'm sure they'll show up in the trial. It's going to make OJ look like traffic court.

the modern stuff is on par with western products because that's what they had to do to appeal to western consumers and manufacturers

It's what they had to do to appeal to Chinese customers and manufacturers. China is eclipsing Western consumer markets as fast as they're manufacturing outlets.

It’s the “no threat” side of this

Training cops to look at a guy with a camera and see someone who can rapidly transform into a guy with a gun will have no repercussions I can think of.

I do so love to hear about "cheap Chinese steel" coming out of the mouths of know-nothing liberals and the haters running PR in American metallurgical industries.

The idea that a foreign could have figured out how to do something cheaper, faster, and better than an American is so alien and incomprehensible to the western brainpan.

I think it is very funny to give police bad information.

But I find it even funnier that we're free to sit-back-and-enjoy because the Pick-Me Libs are already flooding police with amateur gumshoe work that's worse than useless.
