Truth. Wii U was never allowed to mature long enough to pass the age of innocence.
CarbonConscious
Fuck that I just got back into Wii U modding. Just try and chop that chonky lil guy in half.
My life-long textural aversion to the stuff was secretly just spidey-sense all along!
The last one I owned was 7 :'(
Well ok I was on board to join you in dunking on these presumably-made-by-real-people-but-so-low-effort-as-to-be-mistaken-for-terrible-AI-slop-ass characters, but your screenshot showed me that Wiggler is a playable character, so I've actually gotta go get my Nintendo account polished up so I can qualify for the Greedy-Gobbler tier of the pre-order ARG so I can let the least consumer-friendly skinner-box-based-microtransaction-simulator corporation take my kids' school clothes money on day one instead of having to wait and suffer through all the other terrible, boring, old, perfectly good and playable and actually more fun games that you could find by wagging a very short stick around in my house for a solid minute (ask me how I know) and then having to explain to my children how we are actually too poor to let Papa Miyamoto touch our digital currencies in that special way he likes so much (expensively, and on an automatically-recurring basis).
So anyways, thanks for the tip!
Plenty of us bought it as a joke!
"haha check it out guys, I just bought an expansion pack for a single player game that cost $2. This is gonna blow up in their faces so hard."
And it did blow up in their faces - which is to say a minor PR dip wisped past them and then a huge pile of minimal-effort cash blew up into their faces.
So that is to say, I'm sorry future generations. We thought it would turn out funnier than this. :(
I mean, if he really thinks that will make anybody like him, then yeah I'm sure.
Actually...
Earmarking for later, I'll take a look.
Betcha it'll improve the bottom line of some contractor that's had dinner with the governor in the last week.
Sure looks like they're planning to "transition" them alright, but as in "transition the state of their compositional matter into ash and vapor" them.
So glad they are independent again. I just hope they find some way to get Jeff back on board, either long term or at very least as a regular guest.
