I’ll be honest this is the first I realized we had an anti-cumtown rule. I don’t listen to it but I assumed a good chunk of this site does

Disney+ specifically I’m pretty sure, not even all of Disney

I’ve had to hard-force myself to focus on it, I’ll play it for a couple hours after my spouse falls asleep, headphones in with my phone across the room so nothing will distract me

I’m around the same point in BG3 right now and was feeling the exact same way about Gale and most of the companions. Most of them are awful and I don’t understand the hate Gale gets!

We have fascist frog, christofascist, fascist with goblin characteristics, and the creep who assaults you in your sleep, and the most hated one is the guy that thinks you’re pretty cool?

I still haven’t met Halsin, Jaheira, or Minsc but so far my list of “not-shitty-companions” is Karlach, Wyll, Gale, [Large gap], Astarion, Shadowheart, Minthara, Laezel.

If Lae’zel has haters I’m among them, if she has one hater it’s me, if she has no haters I’m dead.

And wouldn’t that be nice

Very small nitpick that’s hardly relevant, the Tuskegee experiments didn’t involve vaccines, they told the victims they were being given treatment for the active syphilis they knew they had, not trying to prevent it.

So the next headline is “ICE staff charged with felony kidnapping and human trafficking” right?

Legitimately this is part of why I like being a scientist instead of doing some garbage office work

My work kinda does define me but I like the definition. Being categorized as “a biologist” suits me just fine

Yeah antisemitism is not a deep rooted ideology in the United States, at least not to the extent it is in Europe. It exists and has existed certainly, but not nearly like Europe

“It’s so dumb it’s brilliant”

“No! It’s just dumb!”
