A JDAM missile was used to specifically target the mother, Jumana Arafa, for posting too hard about Israeli snipers picking ppl off for fun. This type of attack needs reconnaissance and they deliberately waited for the father to leave to immiserate him for all his life.

Blade Runner, RoboCop, Terminator, Princess Mononoke... All have strong themes about what it means to be human when the corruption and soullessness takes root of humanity.
