Found Valentina in a small supermarket that specialized in food from Mexico. Had read an article that said it was the most popular hot sauce in the country. Great flavor, good price, and not too hot for the wimpiest in our household (me). Use it daily.

Great great great. One of my favorite vinegar based hot sauces.
I'm vegan now but in the before-times, I used to pour it in the menudo at one of my local favorite taco places and it was the fucking shit.
The sauce itself is vegan, you can definitely still use it.
Yup. Black label Valentina is the best.
