This nonviolent stuff'll get you killed - Charles Cobb

instructive example; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salvador_Allende

Salvador Guillermo Allende Gossens was a Chilean physician and socialist politician who served as the 28th president of Chile from 3 November 1970 until his death on 11 September 1973. He became the first Marxist to be elected president in a liberal democracy in Latin America.

As president, Allende sought to nationalize major industries, expand education and improve the living standards of the working class. He clashed with the right-wing parties that controlled Congress and with the judiciary. On 11 September 1973, the military moved to oust Allende in a coup d'état supported by the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)

Russia wouldn't hesitate to nuke countries that wouldn't play ball with it

That opinion has no basis in reality, there's one country that has used nuclear weapons aggressively and it's isn't russia

There is a very important thing you need to understand about Russia - it does not care about your rationalization. They honestly, not a joke, operate on another level. And another thing - there is an internal struggle in Russia. So I am not sure how US works. I think US works in a way that big companies have tied themselves together with military complex, therefore countries external intereests always align with everyone at the top. All in the same basket so to say. That's why US has big religious-antireligious movements, but not a single political anti-war movement. Those are always absolute minorities somewhere on the sidelines.

I might be wrong about US, but just said it to portray what I mean with "how a country works". For I know how Russia works. It has worked like this since Stalin. There are many powers in the country. Many industries, oligarchs, traders, many powerful people. Just the number of intelligence agencies is staggering. And they are not all moving in the same direction as in US. They are all internally opposed against each other. KGB vs GRU, Kadirov/Surokin/Prigozhin vs army, national guard vs everyone etc. And in the middle there is the president. They govern by keeping all these agencies in opposition. When one gains power, president removes it's head and gives more rights to the other. Always a balancing act. (Same as Lukasha doing the Ru vs Europe, now introducing China) The second one power gets too strong, other is financed. Think a king making sure none of the lords get too powerful.

Now, why am I telling all this boring drivel.

Who blew up Crimean bridge? Who blew up Dugina?

So do not call everyone who suspects Russia to be absolutely braindead. There is more than meets the eye when you know how they vibe. Does it make sense to destroy such infrastructure of your own country? Not if you're American.
