Oh wow Steven Wilson is a fucking zionist? Holy shit that is actually surprising. I enjoy his work a lot. I'm not the kind to have anything for popular figures, but his stuff has really helped me through some of my low times. It's disappointing. Thanks for letting me know.

That's what I'm really hoping will come out of this.

To be honest, the intelligent people will know what to answer to keep the job and they could just lie. But hopefully that does not happen and the actual people with some brain that runs the government will be purged, making America worse.

Leftist means left-wing politics, which means anti-capitalism. Liberals are not anti-capitalist in any sense, hence they cannot be left, they are on the right, which is capitalist politics. Leftism would include leftists like socialist, communists, anarchists, socdems and even revisionists that might that believe that socialism is the path to go, but through electoral reforms. Liberals, support capitalism, and they CANNOT be on the left.

Sadly the bootlickers of the BJP all of a sudden does not care about this, and they instead turned this around to hating minorities and deporting alleged Bangladeshi illegal immigrants in India (for which the government of India said that they had zero data on).

Unironically yes, considering that after 15 months of Biden letting the war go on a ceasefire came when Trump took power.

If the Democrats were really passionate about winning, maybe they should have listened to their voter base for once, instead of alienating them. The Dems blame everybody but themselves for their loss and it's disgusting.

The left might need a unity, but the Democrats are not a part of that or any left.

Nah, you are right. Any organisation and method that can actually change the society in a meaningfully better way will have the state try their best to kill them. But if we work for the masses and the masses realise that, then they will also be part of the movement, and the state cannot kill everybody.

We need to learn from their weak points so that we won't make the same mistake and last longer, and then the successive generation will learn from our weak points so that they won't make the mistakes that we do, and last longer. That's how I guess things might go forward.

But we also need to remember that after the Black Panthers, there has not been any organisation in the USA or any other urban area that have stayed as long and made as much of a difference, so we must also see where they went right, and emulate that in our current scenario as well.

Black Panther my love 😍

The working class and other marginalised people really must learn them and bring back a movement like this. America and the world really needs them.

I got it from ollama. You can select what version you want and how many parameters the model has. There are probably a few other mirror sites, but for now I think you could try out with this, until the law is passed and comes into effect.

At 2C, the impacts would be even greater, including irreversible loss

Not saying that we should not try our literal best in reducing the effects of climate change, and eventually reversing it, but isn't a lot of its effects not being reversible one of the bigger issues of climate change?

I wish the governments were not run by old fossils that invest and get bribed and profit from fossil fuel, weapons and car companies. We have known this shit for several decades and yet the only country that seems to be taking this seriously seems to be China unfortunately. We are at a point where renewable energy like solar is cheaper than conventional sources in a lot of areas, but the transition has been slow because despite the decades long saying of "it's not cheap enough", what matters is that the big guys profit less from renewables in comparison to fossil fuels. They do profit from renewables, but they would profit more from fossil fuels and that little extra profit is worth it to destroy the fucking planet apparently.
