Star control 2 fucks. Highly recommend. Basically a proto Mass Efect, but still better thannit in a few ways (if obviously much less 'cinematic' and character driven).

I think his analysis of election numbers is solid, maybe the best out there.
But goddamn is he a fucking dumbass. I love his post breaking down the 'democrat coalition' into liberals and progressives, and genuinely good (if very very basic) description about how different they are, only held together by the threat of the right wing. And then being like, 'yeah so I'm a liberal because progressives suck'.
Not a side dish but a drink: I made some beet kvass recently, surprisingly good. Make sure to use the slavic sweet recipes, a lot of the English recipes make it salty, like kraut juice.
bro really expects us to not recognize cheeseburger freedom man, smh
I don't say this to go to bat for Kamala, but like, I think she absolutely has better odds of winning the election than Biden.
Like, so much electoralism is 'vibes'. People have pointed to her polling worse than Biden as some 'gotcha' over her being a weaker candidate, but like, if she's only polling a point or two worse that Biden, despite not campaigning or doing anything at all, that says a lot about how weak of a candidate Biden is/was.
Not saying I expect Kamala to like, 'slay queen' or whatever the fuck, but like, if she can not be a zombie corpse on stage, she can earn some 'points' back.
I guess we'll see; she is a weird alien in some ways, and maybe that will kill her vibes or w/e. (which, mocking her weird laugh is dumb, as dumb as mocking trump for 'lol he orange' instead of y'know, the fascism, but 'politicians not be weird' is definitely a bar the average voter cares about.)
I think it is a great idea, if the bones of the house are solid (and, from what you said it sounds like they are), and if you are serious about putting in those hours and labor.
A lot of people think they are, but it can be hard to translate 'off hours at home' into 'additional unpaid labor hours' mentally sometimes. I work construction (electrical), and I've seen very skilled and active workers leave their homes full of half finished projects like the house you're looking at is, just because of the mental and physical toll it takes go from work, back home to do more work.
But it can and will save you a lot of money to do it yourself, or even mostly yourself, with the added upside of being able to sculpt you home to your preferences, and to be familiar with what is where in case of doing later repairs or renovations down the road.
If you need any electrical advice, feel free to shoot me a DM. Hopefully you won't need to do more than splice and pull romex or maybe cat5, which should be pretty simple.
Yeah. I already avoid restaurants, since I have a ton of allergies, and I just don't feel like rolling the 1/20 'cross contamination' chance. But like, I don't really feel like I'm giving much up, since I save money and health eating in anyway.
If I had to eat one (and assuming its vegan), I'd pick pizza with ranch. I wouldn't add it myself, but the other three are actively disguising to me, and ranch on pizza is like, only mildly gross.
Lol yeah... I'm allergic to grapes, so I can't eat at like any french restaurant
though frankly, I have enough allergies I generally don't feel safe eating at any restaurant
I do like the bastardized french cooking I make for myself at home though, using rice wine, coconut cream, and vegan butter
I wish I had ever felt that. Its only ever given me anxiety and headaches.
I don't especially get what kind of game it is from its trailer. I glossed over it because of this when I saw it on Steam.
It looks kinda open world hack and slash-y? Which are two genres I mostly hate. But also, it has some mention of puzzles, which I do like. But its hard for me to tell "what is the thing you spend most of your time doing" while looking at its press material.
